Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which a client (“Client”) may cancel their services with Cure & Travel. By booking services with Cure & Travel, the Client agrees to be bound by this Cancellation Policy. This Cancellation Policy is incorporated by reference into the Service Agreement.

- Payment Schedule
- 1.1 Initial Deposit: £250 GBP to secure the booking.
- 1.2 Second Payment: Within one week of the initial deposit, the client must pay an amount equal to 50% of the total package amount, minus the £250 GBP initial deposit already paid.
- 1.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled operation to ensure secure booking and smooth progression.
- Steps to Finalise Your Payment
- Pay the initial £250 deposit: Secure your booking now.
- Within one week, pay the second payment of 50% (minus £250). For example, with a total package price of £3000, the second payment would be calculated as follows:
- 50% of £3000 = £1500
- £1500 – £250 = £1250
- The second payment would be £1250.
- Settle the remaining balance 48 hours before your operation. In this example, with a total package price of £3000, and £250 + £1250 = £1500 already paid, the final payment would be £1500.

- Initial Refund Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to all treatment packages booked through Cure & Travel:
- If cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled procedure date: Full refund of amounts paid, excluding the £250 GBP deposit.
- If services like accommodation or transportation have already been arranged: Partial refund (to be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the recoverable costs).
- For cancellations made within 7 days of the procedure: No refund.

- Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds
The following cancellation policy applies to all treatment packages booked through Cure & Travel:
- More than 30 days before the scheduled procedure date: Full refund of amounts paid, excluding the £250 GBP deposit. For example, if the customer is to pay £1500 with the 50% deposit, the refund amount would be £1250.
- 29 to 30 days before the scheduled procedure date: 75% of the total package will be refunded. For example, if the package is £3000, 75% of the refund value is £2250.
- 21 to 29 days before the scheduled procedure date: 50% of the total package will be refunded. For example, if the package is £3000, 50% of the refund value is £1500.
- 14 to 21 days before the scheduled procedure date: 25% of the total package will be refunded. For example, if the package is £3000, 25% of the refund value is £750.
- 7 to 14 days before the scheduled procedure date: 10% of the total package will be refunded. For example, if the package is £3000, 10% of the refund value is £300.
- Less than 7 days before the scheduled procedure date or No-Show: No refund.
- Cancellation after arrival in Turkey but before the procedure: No refund.

- Communication of Cancellation
All cancellations must be communicated to Cure & Travel in writing via email to [Cancellation Email Address]. The cancellation request must include the Client’s full name, booking reference number, and a clear explanation of the reason for cancellation, along with any supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate). The date of receipt of a complete cancellation email with all required documentation will be considered the date of cancellation for the purpose of determining the refund amount. Cure & Travel is not responsible for delays in processing cancellations due to incomplete or missing documentation.
- Refund Processing Fees
Any refunds issued will be subject to a processing fee of [3]% to cover bank transfer fees and [3]% administrative costs. The Client is responsible for any fees imposed by their own bank or payment provider.
- Payment Plans
If the Client has opted for a payment plan, the cancellation policy will apply to the total package price, not just the amounts paid to date. Any refunds will be calculated based on the schedule outlined above, taking into account the non-refundable elements and any other applicable fees. Cure & Travel reserves the right to recover any outstanding payments owed by the Client, even in the event of cancellation, subject to applicable law.
- Force Majeure
Cure & Travel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Cancellation Policy if such failure is caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). In such cases, Cure & Travel will work with the Client to find a mutually acceptable solution, such as rescheduling the treatment or issuing a partial refund, taking into account costs already incurred.
- Amendment or Modification
Cure & Travel reserves the right to amend or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Cure & Travel website. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the Cancellation Policy periodically for updates. Changes to the Cancellation Policy will not apply retroactively to bookings made prior to the date of the change.
- Amendment Policy
Clients may request amendments to their booking, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Amendments
- An amendment is defined as any change to the confirmed booking, including but not limited to changes in the date, accommodation, treatment plan, or clinic.
- Amendment requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@cureandtravel.com at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- All amendments are subject to availability and confirmation by Cure & Travel. Changing or amending dates is also subject to availability.
- Amendments may incur additional charges, including but not limited to:
- Accommodation change fees: As charged by the hotel, plus a £150 administrative fee.
- Transportation change fees: As charged by the transfer provider, plus a £50 administrative fee.
- Changes to the treatment plan or clinic: These changes may result in variations in treatment pricing. Cure & Travel will provide a revised quote for the amended treatment plan.
- Changes to travel dates: These may incur additional charges due to peak season pricing, airline ticket change fees, and clinic availability. Changing dates may increase the cost of procedures, which will be reflected in the revised quote, and costs may increase by up to 40% depending on clinic availability.
- In case a new date is suggested, Cure & Travel will ensure that the proposed schedule works with both your availability and our schedule.
- Cure & Travel will provide a revised quote for the amended services. The client must confirm their acceptance of the revised quote in writing. The amendment is not considered final until Cure & Travel receives the client’s written acceptance and any required additional payment.
12. Package Specifics
Certain treatment packages may have unique cancellation terms that differ from those outlined in this general Cancellation Policy. Any package-specific cancellation terms will be clearly stated in the package details and in the Service Agreement and will take precedence over this general policy.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Cancellation Policy shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions outlined in the Service Agreement.
- Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cure & Travel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to the Client’s breach of this Cancellation Policy, the Client’s negligent or willful acts or omissions, or the Client’s violation of any applicable law or regulation.
